Nice staff and quality of service. Onise, Clelia, Magaly, Ardelia, Karina, Azael, and Don Berna are excellent people along with the rest of staff. I feell like home. Breakfast, security and quality of service were amazing. Not problems at all.

Overall a wonderful experience. Good ambience. Nice lighting. nice bed and bath. water was nice. enjoyed bath. good furnishings. Light but healthy breakfast. its better to add more vegetables. awsome coffee.

The room smelled terrible to burning wire. And no one offered to move us. We were paying a top dollar for a good stay not to be miserable. All staff was not there when checking out. I mention to reception in regards she just took the key and no even asked of us needing any help. Even seeing my spouse in crushes and my daughter with a one year old baby. No courtesy at all.

Excellent stay. Staff very warm and professional. Onise, Lupita, Santiago and Clelia are very professional. Located aside of a good Mall. Very good complimentary breakfast and Internet Service. Thanks to all.

The hotel was packed. It seems many companies are sending their employees to stay at this hotel. Over all stay was good just had to plan correctly what time to come down to breakfast as it seems everyone comes down at the same time

Always a good stay

I made a 2 days reservation in this hotel but due to some issues on my agenda it would not be possible to check in in the 1st day. So I called direct to the Hotel and request to keep my reservation and said I want the room for the 2nd day I would pay the 2 days, no problem for me. The hotel staff said ok, no issue with that. In the 2nd days, 28.feb I was there and how surprised I was when no room was available and a no show was charged in my credit card. The lady at the desk made the best to solve and find another place for me to sleep. In the end I went to Holiday Inn but the room there was completely not prepared - there was no water to take a shower, iron was broken, so on...I have a video. So, I was previously in this same hotel and as overall It is a good place but this experience showed me that in some cases, when you have a situation a little bitte different from normality - it is possible you will face a big issue like that. In my opinion the hotel faced a miscommunication internally and in the end I was the damaged/injuried by that.

We’re non-Spanish fluent Americans. The hotel had s single most English proficient staff. My wife needed immediate care for a Lupus flair. A clinic was found, shuttle provided, driver waited over 2 hours, stopped at Pharmacy and c-store. We got assistance in getting dinner, and negotiating the border the next day. My best Hampton experience ever (and I like Hampton) and an overall fine hotel stay.

I love my stay. The rooms were great and Hotels.com helped me get the best hotel in the area.
