The staff were excellent, very helpful with helping me to see the places I wanted, and the best way to get there. I feel bad for forgetting hos name but the young man who checked me in was outstanding, the epitome of customer service
Really close to shopping and virtually in the center of everything. We used the local transportation to get around with no issues. Highly recommended.
Great service and location
Check in staff very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. The bathroom has a shower in the bath - maybe not convenient for elderly. Overall, a good stay, close to restaurants and tourist attractions..
The inconvenience that I see there is no parking plus The tub is very inconvenient any person of old age or handicap Will not be able to take a shower on the other hand excellent restaurants all around. I didn’t make it to the hotel not even to the country of Hungary. It was not of my doing as the airline’s flight delay caused us to miss our overseas flight and could not get to the hotel 1& 1/2 days later. We would have had only one full day in Budapest. The hotel would not return our money only let us rebook before the end of the year. My misfortune was due to the airline so I thought I would be reimbursed sadly no. I feel especially if the were able to rebook my room for 2 of the three days I would be offered a 2 day reimbursement. This is my complaint.
We booked this hotel because of the laundry facilities stated on the website. I will be staying for 2 more weeks in Hungary so needed to do laundry. I checked with hotels.com and was told there are self operated laundry facilities in the hotel. When we asked the reception- we were told no laundry facilities in the hotel. You have a service but it takes 2 days to get the laundry returned. Please correct your website. I now had to figure out where I can do laundry. False advertising!!!
Great location in the middle of the shopping area and city centre. Breakfast was good but the dining room was a bit small. The staff were excellent and provided great service. Only issue was that the main guest lift was broekn and the service lift only went to the 5th floor and we were staying on levle 6.
Nice hotel, great service, good staff Elevator was not working, only the freight one, with no access to all floors and you need to do steps The breakfasts is good, but the area for eating is extremely little. Not enough for all the hotel
