The location was excellent, close to many major attractions and a subway line. The hotel was on Vaci street which itself is a very lively tourist area. Friendly and most helpful staff. Located at the heart of the touristic area with access at walking distance to the best restaurants in the area and a 1 minute walk from the most amazing view of the Danube river and Palace.
The hotel was spotlessly clean, the rooms comfortable, the staff charming and helpful. The location is terrific, great for walking everywhere. There is some street noise in the rooms at the front but ear plugs shut that out. Would definitely stay there again.
