The room was clean, and comfortable. The staff were friendly

I think the room (at £120 a night, more if you booked through the hotel. Without breakfast!) Was overpriced for a small double room.

breakfast was exceptional value, room was clean and well laid out. problem with toilet flush was fixed. tv reception poor known by staff. Parking provided very suitable. garden area is nice but needs some tidying up.

Pillows we found uncomfortable, they were unable to offer feather or down pillows so we bought some new locally

Authentisches und mit viel Charme renovierte alte Villa, sehr schöne, stilvolle und geräumige Zimmer, großes, neues und sehr sauberes Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne, freundliches Personal, kostenfreies schnelles WLAN, Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus

Dass es keinen Lift im Haus gibt, kann man in der Beschreibung lesen. Uns hat es nicht gestört, von daher gehört es nicht in diese Kategorie, ein anderes Feld gibt es jedoch dafür nicht und in den Hotelbeschreibungen überliest man es sonst schnell.
