Hotel Bangalore Gate & Conferences

At 9pm about 60students arrived at the hotel, who occupied the hallway, shouted, and played music until 1am. At 11pm, I asked the students to leave or be quiet. "Take it chill" was the answer of a Sikh man, annoyed that a woman would ask him something. I called reception for help who claimed they would handle the situation but didn't act. I called 5 times to check in. I barely slept and had to get up at 5am. The lack of professionalism and laziness of the staff to handle this issue ruined my stay. The breakfast was pretty unhygienic: the butter was melting in a huge container, which is re-used for several weeks. The man working upstairs was kind and brought chai to my hotel room.

lovely rooftop terrace. very good food. comfortable beds. everything worked well. very helpful staff on checkin.

Breakfast was good. There should be more power points in the room. Provide at least one point near the bed.

Free Wifi did not work properly.

rooms are ok breakfast is excellent old guy is excellent doesn't know english but its ok.had very bad experience during checkin they doesn't know english at all only money for early checkin i agreed as per rules but not a correct way to inform me,wifi is the biggest issues all time during night was having wifi issues they sent technician he was very weird one of the baddest guy i have ever seen was watching us on very bad way on of the worst experience i have ever had in my entire journey. don't recommend at all stay away. if staying dont call technician at all on your rooms be safe.
