All staff were efficient, friendly and kind. Appreciated the accessible foom on ground floor. The breakfast was very good and inhurried

Good location, lovely place with a clean and comfortable room. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We also really enjoyed the food and drinks.

I had an issue with my food but it was sorted out to my satisfaction very quickly and everyone else seamed to be enjoying their meals and they looked lovely.

The staff were very helpful. Our specific requests were attended to with professionalism and in a timely manner. The meals were lovely and generous portions.

Breakfast service was a little bit slow but we were in no hurry so it was not a problem.

It was small but friendly hotel. Breakfast when it eventually arrived was great.

Decor in the room was a little tired and it was a bit grubby especially in the bathroom skirting and around the edges of the flooring. There were hairs on the bed cushions. The hotel was very busy and not enough staff to manage breakfast. Waiting almost 40 mins tone asked for hit drinks and to order breakfast eventually after an hour. 2 girls polite and clearly stretched. No management oversight!
