The room listing stated that air conditioning was available, but the air conditioner in my room was not working. During the summer, the room became extremely hot and uncomfortable. I reported the issue to customer service, but the response was not satisfactory. Instead of fixing the air conditioner or offering another room, they only provided a fan. This did not solve the problem. I am very disappointed because air conditioning was one of the reasons I chose this accommodation. The service and handling of the issue did not meet my expectations.

BGBGThe accommodation was clean, it was easy to find and the check in system was very pleasant to use.
The location is a bit sketchy. There are a lot of homeless people and drug addicts around there, although I wouldn't say it's necessarily dangerous because most of them are not hostile an, but they may try to beg you for money. Also the accommodation is on a big street, so there are a lot of people there even at night.
TROda merkez tren istasyonuna çok yakındı. Odada kapsül kavr makinesi vardı yanınızda yedek kapsül getirebilirsiniz. Ve bir büyük boy su da vardı. Oda temizdi tekrar gidecek olursam yine aynı yerde kalırım. Telefon uygulamasından kapıyı açıyorsunuz aşağı ana kapıyı da telefondan açıyorsunuz çok büyük kolaylık. Resepsiyon ya da herhangi bir görevli yok.
Civarda çok fazla evsiz var. Size karışmıyorlar ama otelin altında çok bağırış çağırış oluyor. Oda siz girdikten sonra temizlenmiyor. Ben 3 gece 4 gün konakladım kendim temizledim sürekli.
