Location is terrible, homeless and drugged people at the front door. One of the appliances to enter the code to be able to enter the building at the side door is broken, until we found out the other in the other corner (over the other street). Guest service was not really helpful. Once inside the building, room door was not easy to open as it was somehow damaged. Found a guy trying to enter his room for 1 hour and nobody helping him. Once inside the room window was opened, curtains were a bit dirty, there was a hair in my towel. Nobody did the room any day.
