Cleanliness items left on floors from recent visitors floors haven't been cleaned

Lovely location, lux appearance and overall nice

Parent beds were comfy, children’s beds were not so comfy…some light switches didn’t work, no compendium to help navigate use of remotes and TVs or nearby places of interest. Although secure parking, with fob access to underground parking and inner car park door to internal access to building, my number plates were stolen and replaced with other ones and a number of other residents or guests’ plates were also tampered with left message with manager via text to notify them of this to let others know, as we had to make a police w, but disappointingly, no response.

Nice Complex. The room had a comfy bed, comfy lounge, good shower, great location, great security, great facilities.

Old stove, only worked on flat out high on every ring no matter what setting. The microwaves start button did not work, so it also only worked on flat-out high. Made cooking so difficult. We had to buy some decent cups, a spatula, and tongs. Toilet kept running during every night. Just needs a bit of TLC and a bit of money spent.

It was close to shops and transport,easy via light rail to get around.

The location was good, not far from the main part of town.

It was pricy for what it was, it was pretty dated and lots of mould, mildew and things that should be replaced eg the blinds in the bathroom... Gross. It all looks like it needs a lick of paint and some love.

Pros: Staff were super friendly and helpful (on the phone anyway, noone was there to check us in on a Saturday) they managed to get the room ready quickly so we could do an early check in. 3 bedroom apartment was very spacious. Bed was quite comfortable Facilities seemed nice but we were only there overnight and it was raining

Cons: Apartment is extremely outdated, although it was massive, it just didn't feel clean due to the grotty carpets, the old mouldy bathrooms, and the manky smell as you walk in. We were only there overnight and only came to the room to sleep, so it was fine for us, however if it had been a longer stay and if the kids had come, I'd probably be checking straight out and finding somewhere else. Note also there are only stairs and its 3-4 flights to the top so if you can't walk up them - don't bother!
