Poor service, no floor mat for for bathroom, no tea towel, someone else’s bag in our room. When we got there we had no idea how to contact someone as no one would answer the phone. Only way we found out was we ran into someone who was staying at the place

Great little apartment that had everything I needed. The building is a little dated but the apartment was clean, comfortable and handy to the Skypoint and the beach. It had a fully equiped laundry which I thought was brilliant.

Good location, easy to walk to Caville Ave and close to the beach. Pool area looked nice. Good sized rooms and kitchen.

Booked for 3 people with a sofa bed included, when we got to the room there was only one double bed and sofa bed was not made up. I went to talk to reception ans they brought us one single sheet to make the bed ourselves, no extra towel, top sheet, pillows or blankets, then they left the site for the day. Spent the night freezing cold as we were spread thin with blankets. Broken furniture in the room. TV only got 1 channel and couldnt connect it to the internet to use smart tv functions. Couldnt get free wifi in the room.

It is a great location, walking distance everywhere.

The apartment was very very basic and dated. I expected it won't be anything significant but for the price similar to Meriton I expected better quality.
