The location and pool

Dishwasher kept tripping, creepy things happening in night, doors opening and closing when no windows open loud banging throughout night, knocking on windows when 3 stories high, smoke alarms going off randomly when nothing on, The last night was so bad we did not sleep one bit as if it new we were leaving next day There was never nobody in reception as I was going to talk to someone at checkout but there was never nobody there.

First call with manager was great, tried his best to give us options however subsequent calls were not as great

Room was not cleaned or made up when we arrived at 4pm, called manager who apologised and provided options of either a refund or we could wait an hour and the room would be ready. We opted for waiting. Waited 2 hours and received a call to say the room was not ready and we would need to move to another apartment. Moved to different apartment for our first night. Received call next morning around 10am to say the other room was ready, asked if the manager could give us until 12 to move to the other apartment as we were 1 hour away. Manager said no he needed it back as the next person was coming in at 12. I do understand that they needed to make it ready but was hoping for a little bit more consideration at this time. Rooms old, minimal furnishings, not cleaned very well.

The unit itself was very roomy

No spare pillows half the utensils were missing. Washing machine didn't work dishwasher didn't work balcony doors were near impossible to open bit disappointed really. No cloth or dishwashing liquid or tablets in kitchen and no bin liner couldn't find the bin to start with found it in the laundry

No wifi/ internet water dragons coming into unit shower not hair free from previous guest no instructions/ map about units i.e rubbish bin location

The pics on the website are not from the rooms they rent out for travellers. One tiny air conditioner downstairs in the dining room to try to cool the 2 storey apartment. And the air conditioner smelt mouldy. No staff on site at check in or check out. The heated pool wasn’t heated at the time we stayed there.
