Great location close to everything, staff were great, facilities were clean and tidy.

Some parts of the appartments were outdated, communication prior to the stay could do with some improvement.

The location is excellent, nice balcony, love the building itself and leafy outdoors and pool area. Quiet and peaceful. A beautiful place compared to neighboring high rises.

Tried to ring a few days in a row the phone number given on booking.com, no answer. Our apartment (n0 18) wasn't very clean (used cotton buds found, dirty cushions on couch). The door to the bathroom is a sliding door which doesn't close properly. No Wifi, no cable TV. Light in the corridor doesn't work. We thought 1 car park per room, it is in fact 1 car park per apartment. Booking.com must remove that a cot can be requested as the property does not provide cots since Covid.

Great potential but property was very dusty and dirty and in need of repairs. Bathroom had not been cleaned from previous tenant as hair, dust and broken glass on floor. Bathroom cabinets extremely water damaged and swollen. Mosquitos everwhere in room. Flyscreens black with dust and consistent with dust around room. Kitchen floor greasy and slippery, didnt want to take my shoes off or touch anything. No reply when I let reception know upon arrival.

Apartment was spacious. Old and run down, but clean.

Lock box to collect keys was very difficult to open causing lots of frustration. Check out was also very inconvenient. Had to leave keys in unattended office but then had no way of getting out of car park, until another resident needed to leave.

The property facilities including the pool and BBQ area were good. Our rooms were a real let down and the photos of the room on the advertisement, did not represent what we got. From the broken front door and broken balcony screen door, the poor cleanness of the cutlery and dishware provided. The room also included a small TV screen and uncomfortable couch. My family and I would not stay here again for the price.
