Situated in a nice place and the quite surrounding

Staff was willing to help and went out of their way when there was an issue with the apartment. When they couldnt fix it within a reasonable time they put us in a better unit.

spa was to cold to go in bed was very uncomfortable dishwasher didn't work no dishwashing cloths or detergent most of the lights didn't work TV remote didn't work

Hello, Very disappointed with the stay and I’m actually a very easy to please person but not only did the aircon not work, dishwasher not work, wifi and tv not work but nobody even got back to me regarding any of my queries… we couldn’t use the tv due to no wifi connection and had to watch movies on our phone and laptop using our data whilst being unable to utilise the aircon for nights, plus there was no soap or body wash. I’m actually very disappointed at what we were greeted with when arriving but I would have been happy if we at least had the courtesy of a reply to our messages or emails which were sent to all listed contacts but not one person bothered replying or assisting us.. Besides that, thanks for the stay but that’s the first time I have been actually let down or disappointed by a stay so I thought it only fair to pass that on so that hopefully it improves for other travellers paying money but being granted an apartment full of problems and nothing working whilst we received zero communication or replies.. 😢 James Read

The apartments were clean and well-maintained, and the location was conveniently close to Surfers Paradise beach.

We recently stayed at Copacabana Apartments and would like to express our disappointment regarding several issues that negatively impacted our experience: 1. Missing Toiletries and Essentials: Upon arrival, we found that basic items such as toilet tissue and other toiletries were not provided. These are standard essentials that guests reasonably expect to be available. 2. Self-Cleaning and Waste Disposal: We were surprised to find that guests were expected to manage rubbish disposal entirely on their own, without clear instructions or support. This added unnecessary inconvenience to our stay. 3. Lack of Response and No Reception: We attempted to contact management to request the missing essentials, but unfortunately, we received no response. Additionally, there was no reception desk or staff available on-site, which made it even more difficult to resolve these issues during our stay. We hope you take this feedback seriously and make improvements to ensure future guests receive the level of service and comfort that should be standard. We would appreciate a response regarding how these issues will be addressed.

The location of Copacabana was great. Walking distance to all Surfers Paradise main attractions, bars, restaurants and shopping and of course the Beach is just at the end of the road.

Our Air Conditioner in the unit stopped working on the Monday Evening. Every time we went by the main office, there was no one there to advise of this issue. The range hood int he unit also did not work, which made for some smokey cooking in the unit. The spa pool was closed, which we understand things happen.
