Copacabana Apartments

Good location,near the beach ane the train station surfers paradise,onlt to ealk 2 minutes. There is a suna , jacuzzi pool. It's interesting. Because of the Xmas holidays,no staff on duty, but they give me very clear information how to take the key. Little to improve is no conditioner(they have shampoo Nd bath gel),no kettle.when I ask for the staff,they only reply here is appartment ,it is no hotel.I feel so stange . The kettle is important for the house, whatever the apartment or the hotel.The answer is felt impolite.

Location wise it was good. Close proximity to everything we were doing & needed.

The room we had was a 3 bedroom. The size was big rooms upstairs & living area & kitchen downstairs. It was very old & a few broken things when we got into the room. The smell when we first walked in wasn’t very pleasant. Coffee & sugar seem to be old & hadn’t been changed in ages. Or at least hadn’t been swapped out for new ones. The aircon was dripping water out of it when we turned it on. Needs an upgrade but overall it was ok. Cost was not worth it.

Very close to the beach, and many places to eat.

The car park was very small and tight. It was a struggle to get in and out. The bedrooms also had no A/C.

Location was great and price reasonable. Was able to get in earlier then booking, so was great for us.

A little run down being age of apartment, but was ideal for us.

Reception is pretty accommodating and nice to communicate with, very approachable indeed.

Just quite old, needs a bit of make over, otherwise, the setting feels like home.

The location was great, management very good, gardens and areas around the complex was great, wasn’t the unit we were shown in the booking but was still ok the one we had. We had a few issues with our apartment and power at some stages but overall it was ok.
