Ramada by Wyndham Iasi City Centre

I went there for a business event. When I arrived in my room I noticed that there was no wifi. I rang the reception and they said thqt they will restart the router. Still no wifi and no call from them. I rang again and they said that they have restarted it and if it is not working there is nothing else that they can help me with which I found very unprofessional. The next day I went to the restaurant during the event and I had to wait for more than an hour for my food. When I got ot eventually I realised that my grilled tuna was completelly raw. As I was already late I just had a side dish. Staff were nice overall and the hotel clean. Few inconveninces that I was not at all happy about.

As many of the guests said, the hotel is very well located, right in the center. The Culture Palace, “Luceafarul” Theatre for kids and young adults and shopping center are right next to the hotel. The parking lot is limited, but if you arrive until late afternoon, you will be able to find a place. The reception staff was nice and polite as well as the ones from the restaurant. The quality of the food was ok, but could definitely be improved. In the morning, we could have a decent breakfast. Concerning the rooms, I could say that they were big enough, very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. I didn’t like the smell of the rooms. Even if my room was for non-smokers, I could sense that this room was for smokers before. Another thig that I didn’t like, it was that our room was communicating with another room through a door (which indeed, it was closed). However, I could hear the alarm clock of the inhabitant next door and not only.

Nice hotel, in the heart of the town, within walking distance of museums and galleries.

Excellent, but you need improvement of WIFI signal (which is very poor in the rooms).

Great location in the heart of Iasi by the Palace and shopping mall. My only issue was that they turn the A/C off during the winter months (Even though during the day its still 20 degree's +) so had to keep my window open which was opposite noisy bars playing music.

A new and modern hotel , very central , next to the Palas Mall and the Culture Palace. Big rooms, very good beds , good equipped bathroom. Very good breakfast. Efficient and polite staff.

Clean hotel in a beautiful part of town very central to the local amenities. A little dated but all of the necessary facilities and friendly staff also. Would recommend.

The hotel is downtown, close to the Palace, a historical building with great architecture and few exhibits. Also near the Mall, few famous monasteries, a huge park, plenty of terraces with excellent food, open until midnight. The hotel is fairly new, modern rooms, free wifi, very clean, its own parking lot. The cabs are easily available, the customer service is nice, and the breakfast provided is very good. We stayed at this hotel before, loved it, booked it again!

Next to Palas Mall and the Palace of Culture, the hotel is basically in the heart of it all. Plenty of terraces, bars within hand’s reach and not too loud, not after midnight anyways.
