"Excellent hotel to visit Cholula, Puebla and their surroundings."

"Horrible"

The pool

Horrible rooms. Shower and bathroom with no windows and only a tiny window in the room back or with no airflow. We were so hot and the room felt stuffy, it was so hard to be in the room. Plus, plus shower only has a curtain (no door), so the steam and heat would get into the room. Horrible!!!

Some of the stuff members were rude Didn’t follow direction or guess instructions Request etc.!!! The front gate guard rude, unprofessional, politeness horrible Cleaning ladies don’t follow instructions or gues request However the other personnel were Great!!!🙏
