Hotel Villas Arqueológicas Cholula

We had a lovely stay here. The hotel is very attractive and the courtyard layout offers cool, shaded areas to sit. The location is good, bars and restaurants nearby and close to the pyramids, museum and park. 20 minutes walk to the main square of Cholula and very easy to get Ubers. Our room did not have air conditioning but was naturally cool despite the heat outside. The room was simple but comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and restaurant and had some good breakfasts/drinks/snacks. The staff were helpful and helped us to do laundry but this was more expensive than we expected. WiFi worked well. We were mostly out during the day.

Expensive laundry service, price not quoted in advance. No air conditioning though we didn't need this. During our visit the hotel was very busy, the rooms overlook the pool and restaurant and so it was very noisy with children playing in the pool from first thing in the morning until the evening. The environment was not very relaxing. Very small TV but we didn't need this.

Beautiful hotel right near the Cholula pyramid. The location is perfect for archeological exploration. The staff was super excellent. The place is the cleanest I've ever seen anywhere. The rooms are beautiful. The food is fantastic. No tricks at all just solid value and a stunning beautiful stay!

The pool doesn't have a hot tub which would have been fun for relaxing after a long day of exploring. That's the only improvement I could think of. Also, the wifi is intermittent inside the room so you need to be creative where you use your phone to get full strength signal. The laptop was able to connect fine, however.

Ideal for us as we were visiting our daughter in Cholula.Just a short walk to the centre and the Pyramid. Didn’t have breakfast but the coffee was good.
