La posizione. Un buon compromesso per chi arriva in auto e deve ripartire il giorno dopo.

Purtroppo siamo rimasti bloccati all'interno della stanza perché la serratura vecchia si è bloccata. Fortunatamente il proprietario ci ha aiutato forzando la porta. Altra pecca l'assenza di un phone tra i servizi e tende non oscuranti.

Gute Lage, Zentrum fußläufig zu erreichen, Parkmöglichkeiten kostenlos an der Straße um die Ecke.

Der Host hielt sich sehr im Hintergrund, war ziemlich unpersönlich und offenbar nicht wirklich an seinen Gästen interessiert. Das Frühstück ist in einem engen Zeitkorridor in einem recht engen Raum einzunehmen, die Auswahl ist mittelmäßig. Bei der Ankunft gibt es vor der Unterkunft keine legale Möglichkeit, auch nur kurz mit dem Auto anzuhalten, um sein Gepäck zu entladen.

Road noise Shower tricky

It was a great location for walking down to the harbour and waterfront. Breakfast was included.

Parking was a problem. Couldn't find one nearby.

The ease of communication, simple checking in procedure. Our room was ready early which was a relief, we didn’t fancy lugging our bags around the town with us and the initial communication said not to arrive at the property until the check-in time of 2pm The bedroom fan was a massive plus in this heat

One small gripe, the breakfast for a Sunday morning seemed a little early and the check out at 10am did too. We was told we could stay until 11am but then we was back to the dilemma of lugging bags around with us. We had planned to spend the day in Torquay, we didn’t feel it was welcomed that bags could be left. I suppose we are used to hotel stays and took this for granted that you could just leave them.

Perfect location to walk to the prom & where we went to eat.

Great communication throughout, large rooms modern and clean. Very quiet even though we were in the front of the house. 10 minute walk to the town centre. Good selection for breakfast that had to be ordered the night before.
