The breakfast was very nice — set us up for a long day travelling Bed was very comfortable Room extremely ckean

Road was noisy but that can’t be helped I’m sure if it had been cooler and the window was shut it would be different

- William, the host, was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay! - Spacious room, host left some refreshments in the room. Room also had excellent natural light. - Very nice property, all felt clean and like they were maintained nicely. Overall a very comfortable stay!

- breakfast was just okay, it was made fresh every morning but it would have been nice to have a fruit option. Inclusive for a vegetarian diet though!! - room was a bit hot at night when trying to sleep, fan provided but no aircon

Noise outside window. We got a room at the front. We would request a rear room next time.

Lack of parking and outside noise. Both out of the control of the owner

Location was close to beach, close to a local park, 10 mins from town.

No parking, not really a big deal as most hotels along road charge £7/£10 for 24hrs.

The room was lovely, a good nights sleep and excellent value. Lovely breakfast

Clean, easy access to everything in Torquay. Self check in was seamless. Great breakfast.
