"It was ok for the other two family members in their rooms but unhappy to resolve the displacement"

Everything went well with two of the rooms stayed. BUT the third room was not.

My son in the room he stayed was bitten with bed bugs. He even informed the staff but the staff did not provide another room. He even showed them the welts on his body from being bitten. He brought a few of the bugs to the desks to show them. After a long drive from Texas my son could not sleep in the room and the family ended up staying in the car due to the anxiety over his children were going to be bitten
