This hotel is clean, quiet and updated. Our room was very spacious and the bed and pillows were so comfortable! And free parking, free breakfast! We’ll be back!

The room was nice & comfy until I raised the toilet seat & the back cover fell off & broke. I’m not sure how that happened but the Manager took care of it … a big bug was in our room & the Manager called it by name as if this happens a lot!…. We picked the hotel because of the indoor pool & jacuzzi but unfortunately the pool was freezing & the jacuzzi had a funny smell. The Front desk clerks were extremely nice but I was disappointed.

I booked a suite for 4. 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. Enough towels for 3 people. They didn't one additional towel for us at the desk. Bedding for the sofa bed are not kept in the room, you have to get it from the front desk. No pillows though. Just sheets and blanket. Reason because people keep taking them. Don't understand why I pay to sleep 4 but only get enough for 3. My first time at Comfort Suites. I'll never go back again.

Had an extended stay. Denied a bed change, limited and turned down on towels, breakfast was out every morning. Aid did not work in our room.
