Hot tube was cold. Breakfast was mediocre. Room was clean. Keys did not work appropriately for the rooms.

I am going to answer those questions, but I will share my experience. Check-in - My family and I stayed at this location from March 18th to the 23rd. When we arrived on the 19th at 2am, they still charge us for the 18th. My issue with this situations is that their computer said we were to check-in on the 19th by 3pm. So the staff, female, would not let us check-in early. So the fact that I paid full price for a day we were not there for was unreasonable. Pool- I called prior to the stay to inquire about the pools condition because my children love to swim. I was told it was working properly. (I get it, stuff breaks over time, however, I feel we should have been informed.) The first time we went down to the pool we were surprised how small it was. Then the pool water was ice cold and hot was extremely HOT!!! So hot that we couldn't get all the in. We literally had to ease in very slowly and still were not all the way submerged. The next day my husband took my daughter down their and was informed the pool is close because the heat is not working....DUH! Staff & services- We ask for towels twice. The first time we were offered pool towels, the second time it took almost an hour. Breakfast was really good. My children actually ate. The other staff seemed content but we still friendly. Cleanliness- housekeepers-Our trash can stay unemptied outside our door for over 36 hours. The carpet was DIRTY!!! All the other areas were clean from what I could see.

I needed a place to fall asleep for a business related event which I was going to without my family, so my criteria was a bit more relaxed than if my wife and kids were coming along. In hindsight I wish I had maybe spent a few extra bucks as my stay was less than comfortable. I booked a non-smoking room, and the second I walked in to my first floor room ((right by the pool)) I was hit with the overwhelming odor of a wet ash tray. Someone had obviously smoked in this room's bathroom recently. The cleaning staff then seemed to have tried to cover the odor with a strong citrus scented cleaner and maybe bleach ((or else it was the chlorine seeping in from the pool)). The combined odor instantly caused an intense headache. Throughout the night, I was stirred awake by either the cigarettes stench, citrus cleaner, bleach, or some combination of the three. The staff were friendly and kind. When I arrived, they were dealing with an unreasonable guest and as such, I didn't have the heart (nor the energy) to deal with asking for a new room, but I was tempted. Another disappointment was the hot tub. I tried to soothe my throbbing headache by soaking in the "hot tub". Sadly, once I stepped in, I realized this was a "lukewarm tub". Ending on a final high note, the free breakfast was a little better than expected. I had a freshly made waffle, a circle of scrambled egg, and a sausage patty, which got my work day off to a good start. Good enough hotel, but doubt I'll return.

The hot tub was cold and not enough towels for my family the attendant was pleasant on making sure he get back and bring more towels by the time he got back with those we mentioned that the hot tub was cold and he quickly fixes the issue.

The manager was very bossy and charges if you put stains on towels and wash rags due to dirt or makeup,they don't clean your room everyday.had to take out my own garbage,and they don't have fresh breakfast,food was stail like it's been sitting there for days.cockroches in room and no air conditioning.manager tried to keep $100 deposit and charged me two times for stained towels and keep them. Manager profiled because used cash to upgrade. First day you don't get any service. Manager is rude to workers and guests. iOS system is double charging and out of date.... They need to be audited and restructure total lack of professionalism

Very clean. Friendly staff. Only negative thing I can say is that their breakfast wasn't very good. Other than that I would recommend.
