Carpets in room and hallways were badly stained and look very old. It would give a better first impression if they were replaced or cleaned.

this is a rental place those on government assistance.The room was clean

The bed was comfortable and clean. Staff was very nice!

They need to improve on cleanliness ! The chair cushion had a large stain which they could easily shampoo! The tissue box attached to the bathroom counter was not sanitary since the Kleenex ( tissues) were jammed ( ( too many tissues jammed in the opening). If the person who used them before I arrived, had a bad cold or covid, I am touching their germs. The door to the bathroom was very difficult to open and close. We needed to use force because it was rubbing on the floor. The carpet desperately needs to be changed. The continental breakfast was poor with onlythe very basic. No fruits, yogurt, bagels, etc. But this didn’t concern us. We looked at it and decided that it wasn’t worth it and left.

Staff were nice

Room stunk like mold and mildew, we were given a second room which had a strong odour but not mildew/mold. Beds older and not comfortable
