Side door does not lock. Anyone can come into the building

The man working at the desk was great. He took the time to make sure I had everything that I needed and went above and beyond to make sure I had water and a charger for my phone when I was stranded in Orillia.

Overall hotel cleanliness could have been better. There was dust on the lamp, make up on the mirror and a stain on the bed.

Fridge in room

Old, run down, not nice, pay the extra $30-40 stay somewhere else. No channels on TV, toilet running all night, 80's decor. Room lighted by lamps that had faulty electrics. People living out at back of hotel sat out smoking and drinking.

Very clean throughout! Nicely renovated and spotless bathroom. Simple but adequate breakfast.

The carpet in the room showed its age and should be replaced, and the TV was mounted a bit too high on the wall for comfortable viewing. Otherwise, the room was clean, confortable and decently renovated.

Nice and quiet, easy to find and get around town

Hotel was easy to find. Hotel room clean. Staff helped us figure out the remote control for the tv. Staff at check in very friendly. Thank you. 😊

Located in an industrial park area, good restaurants are not within walking distance.
