"Superb"

Nice spacious lobby. Huge accessible room. Strong air conditioning. Bathroom well equipped with plenty of towels. Clean except carpet. Great pool. Very helpful front desk staff. Pretty decent breakfast and very good burger.

This hotel has some age to it. Carpets old and frayed. Hard to read the buttons on the elevator panel. Too worn. Table tops sticky in restaurant. Laundry machines require coins.

I thought the front desk person was very helpful and welcoming to us when we arrived. I also thought the room was nice, no major complaints. The building overall could use some overall updates (felt very old and dated, somewhat had a musty smell in the room). But everything was clean and well kept, a nice hotel with nice people just needing a nice facelift.

I booked a room with 2 queens and was given one with only one king bed. Had to sleep on a pullout couch that was more springs than mattress. Only got 2 hours of sleep. The desk claimed that no other rooms were available.

The waitress was great in the restaurant. The person at the front counter was nice. This is our 3rd time staying here. We go to the eastpark cancer center...

That you don't serve coffee all day and night. Our coffee pot would not work. We called for help but the person to help was busy. It would be nice to have coffee in the lobby All the time like alot of other places. People love coffee after coming back from dinner. It would just be a great thing instead of the coffee pots in the room that dont work.
