Location. Close to everything we were in Madison for. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The room showed its age. Had not been renovated. The bathroom did not have a ventilation fan which isn’t good with the high moisture created when showering. The room lacked usb ports to conveniently charge phones/electronics. Room temperature/cooling was difficult to regulate - either too much air conditioning or not enough. The hallway carpeting was in rough shape.

I needed a place to stay on my way home and chose this one. It is what you would expect from a Holiday Inn. It was clean, the people were friendly, and the parking was safe. There is a small bar and grill that allowed me to have dinner conveniently. Check-in and check-out were seamless. The bathroom had body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The bed was comfortable, and the PTAC was relatively quiet. Breakfast is not free, but the coffee was. I would stay there again.

The staff was very polite and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the linen’s were clean. However the building itself was outdated, bathroom wasn’t very clean, and the hot tub was down.

Just the pool

They wouldn’t let me check into my hotel booking.com at $25. When we got there it was 100 and I only had $95 on card and it wouldn’t let me do a partial payment so we couldn’t check into our room till like 8:00 PM at night. Then breakfast was $20 per person and it was supposed to be included in our stay.

Hallway rug was super wrinkled easily a tripping hazard. Looked like water damage loosened the glue from the carpet. The room smelled badly of mold. The bathroom smelled like sewage. When we brought these issues up, they just gave us room spray
