"Prices were high with events in the area but the price for the quality of the room was not worth it"

"Overnight stay at the Holiday Inn"

Spent one night at the Holiday Inn with my daughter. I was especially pleased by the quality of the food served at the breakfast buffet which was included in my stay - fresh cut fruits including strawberries, well seasoned scrambled eggs with vegetables, Greek yogurts, etc. The service was friendly and efficient. Overall a wonderful stay.

The hotel is clean and nice, the linens are fantastic.

The cost- I have to guess the cost was increased for a Badger game weekend? It was approximately $300, and breakfast was not included.

No rooms available 1 hour before check in. Understandable, went to football game without having a room. Came back to hotel around 11:30pm to check in and had to wait 20 minutes for the front desk person to show up. Used phone that is supplied to call them and that rang for 20 minutes. The front desk person final came walking out of somewhere with a glass of water. No apologies didn’t say a word just asked name on reservation. Completely no security for lobby no locked doors no one at desk.
