Friendly staff, food was nice

Got stuck in the lift with my children for 30mins. Children very upset, got barely a sorry Shower in bedroom was very weak, no pressure. Facilities are getting a bit outdated, refurbished of leisure centre required. Broken tiles, tiles missing

Situated close to the main Street but in a secluded area.

There was a big difference in the presentation of the two rooms I booked. One was tastefully decorated and the other was quite soulless, it didn't even have carpet on the floor. I was appalled that there was no complimentary water in the rooms and that when I asked for water at reception i was offered small cartons of water ( less that 500ml) for €2.50 each. This is just ripping off tourists. I found the service in the bar lacked warmth and professionalism, but the waiting staff in the restaurant were extremely helpful. Overall these are minor issues but enough for me to check alternative hotels for my next trip.

Staff were lovely and very helpful

Our room was extremely dated. Very creaky floor and horrible, old mahogany furniture. Very expensive room for the standard of it.
