Staff were nice

We were charged £290 when we arrived when our booking stated £277-The room I had booked with 2 double beds turned out to be a room with 1 double bed and a single bed, not ideal for 2 adults and 2 children. Although the Hotel did move our rooms after we complained. No Smart TV and the signal on the TV in the room wasn't good as the channels kept buffering (Room 133). There was also no fridge so we couldn't keep water or milk for the baby cool. States its a Family friendly hotel but the multitude of stairs says otherwise-no ideal if you have a grandchild in a buggy.

Friendly staff.

Towels in the room were dirty and covered in foundation and fake tan stains. I unrolled another towel and a bug fell out of it. The bed was very soft. Room was too hot and no temperature control.
