Leading up to our stay, i made several phone calls to the front desk to make arrangements for transfers and travel to surrounding areas. In every call, the front desk was extremely helpful and patient and supported english.

"Except for the miss communication at check in. It was a great place to stay & we enjoyed ourselves."

Beds were comfortable. Loved the bath tub. Room was nice & clean. Breakfast was very good with hot & cold items to choose from.

When I checked in, I asked if we could get a ride from the airport back to the hotel as we had a car rental we needed to return to the airport. She checked the shuttle schedule & said yes! We agreed on a time & she even wrote it down for us, I guess she never wrote it down on the shuttle schedule. We went to our room dropped off our luggage & headed out to return the car. When we were leaving to return the car back to the airport, the staff said that the woman who checked us in never wrote it down on the shuttle sheet. The driver was already done for the day, and saw that he had no one else to pick up so he ended the shift. We had to catch a taxi back to the hotel from the airport.
