Decent stay, did its job...breakfast was from 6am to 10am which I understand HOWEVER it could have been moved from 8am to 12 afternoon because most guests are out chasing the Auroras until 3am by the time you get back to your room and sleep by 330 you are not waking up early for breakfast. so we missed all the breakfast. beds were ok, price was a little steep for what your getting, but staff were good! location is close to everything...4 days there and we never really experienced housekeeping. Again when your out until 3am chasing lights, you are not waking up at 8am for housekeeping, and even though they said they will return they never did, so i guess not having house keeping for 4 days isn't pleasant.. showers are nice and hot which is what you want after coming in from negative temperatures ...the shower could have been stronger, but out of 5 i will give it a solid 3, did its job and that's all you can ask for....

We had a very disappointing experience with the front desk staff during our stay. Around midnight, we received a call from the front desk (staff member named Jazzil) accusing us of being noisy, which was completely untrue. We were already asleep by 9 PM since we had a very early flight to catch. The call itself woke us up and disrupted what little rest we were getting. Then, at around 3 AM while we were quietly packing to leave, she came to our room again to complain about noise. This was frustrating and unnecessary, especially considering we were simply preparing to check out. To be honest, the issue seems to be the hotel’s poor soundproofing. Throughout our stay, we could clearly hear footsteps in the hallway and conversations from nearby rooms, which made it difficult for us to rest. Overall, the experience felt unfair and unprofessional. Guests should not be wrongly accused or disturbed in the middle of the night, especially without proper cause.

The breakfast was outstanding -- not your typical hotel breakfast of nothing but sugar and refined carbs. Real silverware, dishware, and glassware. Thanks for setting a high standard that all hotels should strive to meet. It's not difficult. It's a choice.

Hotel is clean, inside and out of the rooms. The facilities are well kept. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Prices are reasonable, noise levels are good, even on the throughfare side of the building. Stay at this location every time I go to town, which is monthly or more. Would recommend this location, it is very close to everything and just far enough away from downtown to allow access to everything in Fairbanks.

Location was good near airport. Offered free shuttle and free breakfast. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable.

Very noisy. Could hear people walking above us and in next rooms. Party of girls in room next door kept us up all night. Required multiple calls to front desk.
