Though it isn't a 5 star hotel, we used points to book a night here heading back from our trip to Lead SD, Terry Peak, Mt Rushmore, Crazy Horse, and various hikes. The hotel was very clean, well apportioned for a Holiday Inn Express, the pool area in good shape, the exercise equipment well cared for and good free breakfast. Would definitely stay again if in the area!

Overall a great experience. The rooms were clean, and everything was in good shape inside the room. A little bit of an issue with the tv losing signal. The biggest issue we had was with a guest that was already checked in above us, some sort of Diamond Elite member who was apparently self-important and the staff was afraid to tell them to stop running back and forth and stomping non stop. The staff were able to move us to a comparable room on the same floor which was sufficient.
