Not happy that the closest dozen parking spots are for premium club members only, leaving the rest of your paying customers to park in the far reaches of the lot...all those spaces were empty all night

Stayed here when visiting Mount Rushmore and Custer state park -wildlife loop road . Breakfast very good . Everything you expect from holiday inn. Would stay here again. Recommend . Restaurant near by . Laundry washer and dryer too

It was a very nice hotel, and the staff was very professional as well. The reason for the 4-star rating... the beds were so uncomfortable... other than that... no issues. close to so many things to do. We stayed two nights during my birthday trip. Would stay again if in the area.
