Location was perfect for where we needed to be.the staff was awesome both at check in and at Breakfast.

I liked the convenience to the colluseum

The website lied about having a hot tub the staff lied about having a heated pool it was freezing, when we called for pool towels staff never brought more, and trying to call the front desk is impossible they put you on hold and never pick back up

Very friendly staff. The arena for hockey games is nice because you can just walk over.

I booked several rooms for ladies from my church attending an event at the Coliseum. This location saved us a lot of cross-city commuting time. The rooms were clean and we-appointed; beds were comfortable. Students from the nearby college are employed and did a good job handling the large check-in crowd. Unfortunately, the in-site restaurant was closed. The only other problem we encountered was at check-in when our party did not arrive together, and were told they could not check-in without my ID. Though this was inconvenient for the first-arrivers, a call to the front desk allowed check-in. Lesson learned. Overall a good experience, and I would use this hotel again, especially for Coliseum events.

If you’re looking for a room close to the coliseum, this works. However, it’s really gross. When we arrived, we checked in just fine. We went up to a room and there was still someone there cleaning it. No biggie. When we arrived back in the room later that night, it looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned at all. The floor had stains and debris all over it, there was soap on the counter, and then when my mother went to go climb into bed, there was a large crusty brown stain in it. I went downstairs and showed the girl the photos as someone else showed up to work. Instead of asking me what was going on, the new employee just spoke to the girl that was leaving as if we weren’t standing right there, asking her what was going on. They were able to move us into a new room that was thankfully cleaner. No apologies. When we checked out early the next morning that same employee picked up her phone really fast, said her boss was calling her, so she was on her phone the entire checkout process. Out of respect for my mom and it being her reservation, I did not cop an attitude with the lady at the counter. She 100% deserves a partial refund on her reservation. Breakfast wasn’t operational and having to change rooms at nearly midnight is due to uncleanliness is 100% solid reasons for a partial refund.

Carpeting was in bad shape in hallways. Weren’t clear whether they would give AAA and AARP discounts. They didn’t.
