Nothing the place was dirty and poorly run

The property was filthy the first room that we were in smelt like a toilet. We asked to be moved to a second room when we got in that room there was vomit on the floor next to the bed.

"Thumbs up to Fort Wayne!"

The mattress felt like laying on a cloud. The maid gave me all the privacy that I needed. The breakfast was delicious. They had a Diet Coke and put it on ice for me.

"Enjoyable, clean, very friendly!!"

The location was perfect for the comedy venue across the street. The assistant manager who checked us in was courteous and informative. We would return because of her alone but everything was so amazing We will definitely be back!! Thank you!!

We prefer to stay in locations that include breakfast. We chose to go to a restaurant and choose from a menu for nearly the same price.

The rooms are consistently clean and comfortable. Like coffee available to guests in the lobby but would have liked regular, vs only decaf, in the room

Keys were only programmed for only one day of th stay which was an inconvenience. Would like longer pool hours. Would have used the bar had it been open Sunday and assumed it would not be open Monday so went elsewhere. Bed was squeaky.

"Disappointed outside looked very nice and inviting I’m rooms were old and ran down"

Location

For not being a very old place it seemed ran down . Not taken care of. Stains on carpet , tables scratched really bad , crack in bathroom sink, coffee pot dirty , bathroom floor was dirty looking needed deep clean. Was supposed to get a discount with other families staying management never got back to us.

Loved the location.

We were supposed to have two sets of bunk beds, and there was only 1 set of bunk beds. We made sleeping arrangements work. The pull out bed was very flat and very old mattress. Felt we paid a bit more than the room was worth, since we were down two twin size beds.

"Will not stay here again/"

The staff was great

The heater in the first room did not work, the heater in the second room barely worked, took several hours to go from 65 degrees to 75 degrees. The hotel is very dated. The room was very dark, could hardly shave as the lights in the bathroom must have been 25 watts as I could barely see my face in the mirror. There are no USB charging ports in the room. Hotel not worth the $145.00 per night price.
