"Good if bring less people than you told them."

The staff was great when we checked in. The room was exactly liked pictured

The room was a suite for 3 people. We had 2 towels, 1 washcloth, and no bedding whatsoever for the pull out bed. Not even a sheet. When we went back to front desks they gave us towels but said they were out of pillows and blankets....

"Really wanted to love this hotel, but with the pool and the basic amenities unavailable it wasn’t enjoyable."

Beds were comfortable. Right off the interstate.

Was not informed or advertised the pool was under construction when booking. Was told this when we got to the check in counter. Pool was a big reason of booking this hotel, especially with kids and highly disappointed it wasn’t available. Bar also was supposed to be open until 10pm, but ran out of soda and beer at 8:30pm. Only 2 big towels in room with a family of 4 and after asking the front desk for more, was told housekeeping wasn’t in yet and they didn’t have anymore.

"Just ok"

The pool was completely out of commission and was not stated at the time of booking, the bar only had 2 sodas, the hotel looks like it’s undergoing renovations and most of it does looks really nice but there were just odd things about it.
