My family & I were supposed to be extended stay at this site they rented us a suite it was nice it's like a 1 bedroom apartment we we're extended out to 99 day's but we were only there for 3 week's 3 days shy of a month we were put in suite 215 & the people above us had 2 boy's 8 & 12 they would let them jump, bounce ball's, ride something with wheels above us just making all kinds loud noise we complained to the office several time's nothing got done the staff here is rude they get in your face treat you badly then when you call corporate so something will get done they'll say your a trouble maker & make you leave with no notice they don't know how to treat people with any decency even the area manager is the same way they'll lie to you & they're 2 faced save your time & money don't stay here & definitely don't rent suite 215 you will regret it & if you don't leave when your told to they'll call the cops on you for trespassing

In Loveland for a night and chose to stay here. Front desk staff were friendly and followed great COVID steps at check-in. Our room was spacious, very comfortable, and quiet. We took advantage of the kitchen and fixed breakfast. The location is conveniently located near several places to eat and shop. I have saved this location and will stay here again. Travel safe...

Easy peasy check in. Suite was clean and very spacious. Would definitely stay here again. Loved have a full size refrigerator and a sink!! Didn’t use any of the amenities but I did see some grills and utensils and washer and dryer.

This is the nicest hotel not to mention Lehanna the Assistant Manager, Alex and Melody are a Huge asset to this company. The hotel has washers and dryer free to use. The kitchen fully stocked with all the Cooking utensils you could ever want. And if you need something else, just ask Lehanna makes it happen. Outdoor gas grills and a place to sit to a family game room/meeting room. All local shuttles were closed to Covid-19 and I could not even find a Uber running. Melody offered to take me to airport 47 miles away! Theses women Rock! This hotel is well cared for and beautifully decorated. A shoutout to the staff and housekeeping. If you traveling don’t Hesitate to stay here, you will be glad you did.

Overall I would say it was a good stay. I was here for a business trip at the nearby embassy suites. It’s close enough that you can walk, but that’s really about all you can walk to. There didn’t seem to be too much else around unless you were willing to drive a few minutes, but if you aren’t staying for too long then it’s probably not too big of a deal. As far as the hotel itself, the room I had wasn’t as extravagant as some of the other pictures I’ve seen, but overall it was pretty adequate. The staff was nice and accommodating, and the room had most of the items you might need on a short trip. My few negatives would be that you have to walk over to the nearby Hilton and pay for breakfast, and that it was definitely one of the loudest hotels I’ve ever been to. Almost seemed like there was a basketball game going on upstairs at times. Aside from those few things I can’t complain too much.

Our unit consisted of a large main room and a large bedroom. The main room had a microwave, two-burner stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, cooking utensils, counter table with two chairs, a wide loveseat with pull out bed, and a wall controller for a/c/heat. The bedroom was separated from living room by a door. The bedroom had a king bed with a nightstand and light on each side of bed. The bathroom had a sink, toilet, and shower/tub. There was plenty of storage in the two closets in the unit. The rooms and hotel were very clean. A negative is the highway noise. I suggest requesting room on the non-highway side of building. Complimentary fruit, coffee, and tea is offered at this hotel instead of a hot breakfast but a hot breakfast is available at an adjacent hotel for $5.

Spent a week there attending a conference nearby. My room was clean and comfortable, with an efficient space for working and a nice kitchen. It would have been walking distance from the conference if the weather had been better. Staff was very peasant and helpful. Gym was small but adequate. Washers and dryers were clean when I used them, although some of the machines were out of order. Overall a great place to call home for a few days. Smelled like cookies.

Spent two nights here. King suite wonderful. Huge, clean and well kept. Lots of make you feel right at home amenities. Front desk excellent and took good care of us. Nice location but getting to parking lot alittle confusing. We shall be back! Thanks for a lovely stay..and for letting our spoiled cats in the door!

Why we were disappointed: 1. TV and phone did not work and had go to front desk to have a maintenance person come to fix. 2. No toilet paper ... had to go to front desk to get. 3. Husband took shower and when he grabbed a towel, there was like a red sauce (or blood) on it...disgusting. 4. Air conditioner sounded like you were inside of an airplane. Making it hard to sleep. 5. Toilet seat was loose ... by this time we just left it instead of going to front desk again to get a screw driver to fix or have a maintenance person come to fix. We paid $167 for one night. Stayed at a LaQuinta Fort Collins several days before. Cleaner rooms, included breakfast and had indoor as well as outdoor pool which Candlewood didn't have. Price at LaQuinta was $147. Candlewood didn't even begin to compare.
