The cleaning staff were professional.

There was a lot of confusion at the front desk with our charges. We were mislead to believe that they cancelled our Booking when they offered the less expensive conference rate. We appreciated the rate reduction, but it caused me major headaches when I returned home to see we were charge 122 per night for cancellation with Booking. Booking.com was very helpful in ensuring we were not charged this cancellation fee.
