You’re charging a premium rate for Casper, you should be premium but it is sliding a bit. Mascara on my pillow and bed, change all beds not just the one that appears to have been slept in and your towels are aging time to give customers who are paying 200 plus a night a softer more absorbent and even whiter towel!

Classy place to stay. We had a room next to the elevator and ice machine. The room was so quiet. WHAT A SURPRISE!!!! Very clean, great service and the staff, outstanding!

"Earful, not worth the money at all!"

I paid $300 for my double room and the room was dirty. I called and requested it be cleaned and a maintenance person came and gave it a once-over but room was still dirty. At check out I complained to front desk and they gave me $50 dollars off. That room wasn’t worth $100. Would not stay at this hotel again!

Dirty room. And very expensive for the quality.
