"Once in a room, the stay was wonderful"

Breakfast was not available other than thru the restaurant

Upon our arrival there was not a room assigned to us. They could see our reservation through Booking.com but Holiday Inn itself did not have a reservation for us. It took 40 minutes for them to fix this. Don’t think we’ll book through Booking.com again.

The location the restaurant and the staff were great. I believe a $50.00 pet fee is ridiculous.

The $50,00 prt fee. And people were not picking up after there pets. Pet waste was on the sidewalk and in the side door way.

Room next to elevator was noisy. Refrigerator in room sounded like a circular saw. Could hear all sorts of things from floor above.
