CAMy room was dirty. Food was on the floor. Bathroom had a great deal of mold in the tub. Nasty.
Everything was ok minus the pool area. The pool was green and dirty.
The pool was very dirty and the hot tub didn't work along with the room their was granola crumbs under the table
USFront desk staff was not trained but was on duty by herself. Charged us 40 over booking price to change payment method from one card to another, even though we had selected "pay at property". Hot tub does not work.

Our room was especially large and well taken care of. The pillows were out of this world soft! We loved the full sized Dove products in the bathroom. Breakfast was hot and fresh each morning and the dining room well kept. We would pick this location again!
Every staff member was very nice and helpful. We didn’t have any housekeeping service for two days and I had to go down to the front desk for more wash clothes and sheets. The hotel can use a little TLC but the breakfast was great. I would stay there again.
