USGreat check in experience. The staff was super friendly throughout our entire thanksgiving stay. No breakfast on the holiday but every other day was good. The rosemary potatoes were amazing! The room was clean and spacious and I definitely made use of the gym. Cardio, free weights and cable machine and mat. IHG is pretty consistent with quality and staff friendliness.
The only ick factor was the tub. It was stained badly and slightly caved in the middle. Logically, I know it’s clean, but it do ant look it. The bed was a bit too soft for me.
We loved all the small details like sewing kit, body soaps and shampoos, etc

Disappointed that the hot tub was not available for our stay. It was exactly what we needed to relax after a long drive.
Not what i expected, the bathroom was dirty and carpets in room looked old, did not meet my expecatations of Holiday Inn standards

It was clean, the staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was great and it saved me a lot of time. The person who was working the breakfast area was very nice and a hard worker. The area was clean and well stocked. The person who checked me in Friday was also excellent and very helpful. Over all this hotel was great and I would stay there again.
