Roaches in the pool, coffee maker filled with roaches … refrigerator broken … room service not done another day … stayed 2 nights … spoke with manager (she apologized and could not help) front office manager great guy his hands tied and couldn’t help … hence 2 days money and stay wasted …
USThe tv was not working and when we called to ask for help they told us to turn power strip off and on behind tv. When that didn’t do anything, we ask for a small compensation. They could not do anything because we booked through a 3rd party. So we laid in bed wirh no tv. Which should be a basic amenity in the room.
This hotel is an older property. There was black mold in the shower caulking. The water pressure in the bathroom was barely enough to wash your hands or brush your teeth. The room seemed clean. However, the carpet is old and stained and it just needs a refresh. I stayed for 4 nights and it served it's purpose. I would probably stay somewhere else next time. Breakfast is free and was ok.
Our stay was great. Room was clean staff was friendly. My issue is that I would have saved $20 plus the taxes if i would have booked with the Hotel directly.
