I was charged $80 per day for 2 pets. The website says $40 per day, not per pet. I was told they would have a first floor room for me, they didn’t. My co-worker who booked after me got a first floor room. I had an extension cord stolen from my van. When I called to talk to the manager about this, she did nothing to try and make it right. I travel for work often. I am very unhappy and won’t be returning to this hotel.
