Four Points by Sheraton Bolzano

Great restaurant. Great service. Northern Italian delicious dishes paired with delicious wines. Best restaurant in a Marriott or Sheraton hotel I have ever been to. A real hidden jewel!

Really great find. Great amenities and service. Location sucks to see Bolzano but if you’re passing through - like me - outstanding. Super professional and friendly staff. Great service for my husky. Food options are decent. The bar makes a decent vodka martini so great in my books. Needs much better nibble options though. Decent price though. Restaurant had great service. Really exceptional. Food was okay. Taking a starter salad, making it smaller, taking away the dressing and calling it an “amuse bouche” is lazy. Gazpacho was great. Needs more spice but really decent. Beef was okay. Not bad, not exceptional. Kind of functional. Overall, lived the hotel. Would definitely come back when travelling through.

Great stay and amenities.

Staff were extremely attentive without being overbearing. The you wine stewart was very excited to tell us about the local wine. Food and drinks were served timely without mistakes. Veal cheek was the highlight of our meal. Please come see the team at Four Points’ Patio Reataurant.

Clean, modern property. In industrial area, away from downtown, but very convenient to airport. Bus from downtown stops closeby.

Outside of old town but accessible by taxi. Clean, good service.

All in all perfect stay over. The staff was so helpful with everything. It looks far from the center but so easy to reach to main sights

I checked into the hotel on the night of Saturday, June 28, 2025, and parked my car in the parking lot on Sebastian Altman Street in front of the hotel. On the morning of Sunday, June 29, I found that the rear door side window of my car was broken. I was very confused and didn't know what to do, but Ms. Katja, the front desk manager at the hotel, provided me with very kind and detailed help. Thanks to her, I was able to easily receive a police report without much inconvenience. In addition, Ms. Katja quickly and completely prepared all the necessary items to make the broken window safe with a makeshift measure, and allowed me to use the hotel's designated parking lot for free. Ms. Katja was a great help in quickly and accurately resolving the difficult situation I was in, and did her best to ease my confusion. I am sure that employees like Ms. Katja will make this hotel even more comfortable and better. In addition, through this experience, I have decided that from now on, when I stay at a hotel, I will use the hotel's designated official parking lot (not just any street parking)

This was our favorite hotel of our trip! It was beautiful, clean, and the bed was auper comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and full of many options. We lover the pool and the whirlpool. Other than wishing the check-in staff was friendlier, this was an amazing place to stay.

Excellent first dinner in italy! Very attention staff. Delicious food combinations. Enjoyed the live music from the bar next door
