Four Points by Sheraton Bolzano

I stay at the Four Points by Sheraton in Bolzano frequently for business and the overall experience is very good. The staff is always extremely friendly, attentive, and speaks multiple languages. The rooms are consistently clean, modern, and well-maintained. As a Marriott Gold member, I usually receive an upgrade — sometimes even a double upgrade during quieter periods, which is a great bonus. The bar is excellent, and the restaurant, including the breakfast selection, meets the solid Marriott standards. However, one point I can’t fully understand: there are no proper walk-in showers, only bathtubs — even in the suites. This makes the upgrades feel a bit less valuable, aside from the larger space and extra amenities like additional drinks and premium cosmetics. Occasionally, there can be some nighttime noise from the bar or nearby trade fair center, depending on the room location. (Tip for frequent Marriott travelers: Always request a room on the top floors if possible!) Overall, a very good stay with a few minor points of improvement — 4/5.

After 8 hours of hiking in the Dolomites, coming back to the Sheraton Hotel was everything I needed and more. The hotel itself was amazing—modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The staff were incredibly welcoming and pleasant, making the entire experience feel warm and personal. After a long day on the trails, I was especially grateful for the access to the spa amenities, which made unwinding effortless. I also booked a massage, and it was the perfect way to relax—so tranquil and restorative. The atmosphere, service, and cleanliness throughout the hotel were top-tier. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Bolzano or hiking in the Dolomites. A solid 10/10.

Good morning, for my first esperience in this hotel is a 10 out of 10. Thanks a lot for the Housekeeping team that really is making my stay home away from home. Beautiful hotel! Very unique and so warm and comforting - staff were amazing and knowledgable. I would def go back!

The property is located away from the city center in a commercial area. The hotel was modern with nice rooms. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had a nice shower. There was a spa located on the top front which included a pool and hot tub (the hot tub was not hot). We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant (The Patio). The food was very good but the better part of the meal was the wait staff (Tuhin and Juan). They were friendly and warm. It was also fun to learn a little about the area. They were outstanding.

Close to the train station, clean and good breakfast. Also very friendly staff.

This hotel was very nice and satisfied our needs. The staff were very accommodating to hold our bags while exploring and preparing meals to go. I would recommend this place.

Maybe the most modern hotel in Bolzano, but in an industrial area of this city. Not a good location if you’re looking for a charming town. Skip Bolzano and pay more for Merano.
