Four Points by Sheraton Bolzano

Staff was very friendly!

The location and lack of convenient parking was the only drawback.

Very nice hotel. Clean, safe, comfy! A very short distance away was the best Japanese restaurant! We stayed one night before our Backroads Tour! It was a perfect stay and would definately recommend this hotel if your tour group is meeting there.

Easy to find, close to train station

Accomodation an food is excellent. The roomcard system is weard. You can go just to your own level, can not visit friends on other levels. Area is industrial, not too attractive. Pppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppp

Nice hotel with large room. Good for business and relaxation after a 9-day trekking trip.

Our family recently has the pleasure to spend two fantastic nights at Four Points by Sheraton Bolzano. The hotel is located a bit out of the core of Bolzano, in the business area. The positive side is that there is ample parking in the business and residential around the hotel for free. The hotel also has easy access to the highway, and it is very car friendly. We are Marriott Bonvoy titanium members, and upon check-in, we are fortunate to be upgrade to the presidential suite. The room is spacious, with a bedroom with king bed, and a large living area outside. Roll-up beds are setup for our family in the living area. The bathroom boosts two washing basins, a tub, and a shower area, which is nice for the family. We are offered complimentary breakfast at the four points. The breakfast spread is nice, with the highlight being fresh squeezed orange juice, a juice maker (with ingredients such as apple, pear, ginger), fresh made omelet, smoked salmon, prosciutto, and black forest ham. The hotel doesn’t have an executive lounge. Overall, we enjoy our stay at Four Points by Sheraton at Bolzano, and will not hesitant to recommend it.

Outstanding dining. Great dinner and breakfast

I've been here twice, once in November 2023 and once in August 2024. Great place to stay, living quarters had AC, no issues with the language barrier, and the convenience of breakfast, a bar and a restaurant was amazing. Always had friendly staff around to help out. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and the lighting in the room was cozy.

We stayed here one night before heading to the Dolomites for a hiking trip. We enjoyed the restaurant for dinner, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Our room was quite comfortable and the hotel staff was accommodating. Would stay here again.
