Stella Golf Hotel

Everything was excellent from check-in to check-out. I would like to give a special thank you to Mr. Bassem at the Reception, who immediately solved the issue when we were initially assigned rooms different from our booked Garden & Side Sea View rooms. He handled everything professionally and with a smile. Special thanks also to Mr. Sameh at the Reception and Mr. Mina, the Reception Manager, for their kindness, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. I also sincerely appreciate the restaurant team and the chefs. Since I have specific dietary requirements, they kindly prepared special meals for me whenever I couldn’t find suitable food at the buffet. This level of care made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, the facilities are excellent, and the entire staff made us feel truly welcome. We had a wonderful family vacation and will definitely come back again.

Nothing significant. The only issue was that we were initially assigned the wrong room type during check-in, but the Reception team, especially Mr. Bassem, resolved it immediately and professionally. Everything else exceeded our expectations.

수영장도 좋고, 바닷가 접근도 좋고, 여러가지 요청사항도 들어주고, 아주 좋은 경험이었습니다. 이곳에서 푹 쉴 수 있었습니다. 감사합니다.

소소한 부분이 파손되어 사람을 불러서 고쳤습니다. 그러나 그것도 금방 고쳐주었습니다. 감사합니다.

Friendly staff, taking care of the visitors needs , keep asking frequently over the phone if we need anything. Complimentary they created a surprise decoration with a lovely cake for my anniversary. Special Thanks to ms Engi for Customer Relations , and the entire team . Tasty food with a big variety every day meeting all tastes. Clean beach and lovely swimming pool good for all ages from toddlers to adults.

Furniture is really old and needs renovation, also little stinky smell in the washroom , but not that horrible, also it goes once we start using. Couldn’t see or meet the animation team, accordingly morning time was a zero activity period, except our own 😅

Standard room required to be innovated, rection team required to be ready for 100% occupancy as this hotel is popular destination for many family at any normal weekend and vacation ..improve the evening entrainment

The hotel management is exceptionally good. I mentioned that it was my first time at Stella and the wonderful Receptionist offered me an upgraded room (a Pool view, rather than my originally booked garden view) ! What i LOVE : - The spacious pool is SUPER, very spacious and clean. - The food is a 10 out of 10 in terms of freshness, variety of food and overall quality.. not a single comment here. - The creative QR code scan offered by the IT team to order & pay without any calls and get your order delivered to your room or umbrella ! - Beach is clean and well taken care of. - overall hotel and room are very well cleaned. - Some cute little cats living nearby and they are friendly and taken good care of. ------ What could be better : - Internet 🛜 speed could be higher per room compared to surrounding hotels. - Room furniture could witness a welcomed upgrade. - Night activities (maybe a huge screen in an outdoor area for movie nights or matches) . - Beverages in the dinner open buffet.

Nothing negative from what i experienced.
