أتقدم بخالص الشكر والتقدير لإدارة فندق ستيلّا دي ماري جراند على حسن الاستقبال وكرم الضيافة، وأخص بالشكر السيدة إنجي على رقي التعامل واهتمامها الدائم براحة النزلاء وحرصها على تقديم أفضل خدمة. كما أتوجه بالشكر للمطربة المتألقة دائمًا نادين عبدالله، التي أطربتنا وأسعدتنا كثيرًا خلال الحفل الليلي بأدائها الراقي وحضورها المميز. ولا يفوتني أن أشكر فريق الأنيميشن المتميز، الذي قدم فقرات رائعة وممتعة أضفت أجواءً من البهجة طوال فترة الإقامة، وخاصة الفعاليات الليلية التي كانت أكثر من رائعة. وأنا عميل لفندق ستيلّا دي ماري جراند منذ أكثر من 20 عامًا، وأشهد أن فريق الأنيميشن الحالي من أفضل الفرق التي استمتعت بمتابعتها خلال هذه السنوات الطويلة. شكرًا للسيدة إنجي، ولنادين عبدالله، ولجميع أفراد فريق الأنيميشن، ولكافة العاملين بالفندق على هذا المستوى المتميز من الخدمة والاهتمام. مع خالص احترامي وتقديري للجميع. 🌹🌹�

Not a 5-star experience. Do not recommend for international travelers. ​This is definitely not a 5-star hotel. If you don't speak Arabic, avoid this place; you will feel lost and, at times, poorly treated. ​Our issues started right at check-in. The receptionist tried to downgrade our room and even questioned my visa status, claiming she couldn't find it in my passport. ​Regarding the beach: the shore itself is beautiful, and the QR code system for ordering from your sunbed is super fast—kudos to the beach boys. However, you are restricted to staying strictly in front of the hotel area; walking along the shoreline is not allowed. ​If you expect the staff to speak English, forget it. The hostesses, waiters, and security guards do not understand a single word, which is bizarre for an international hotel. The only English speakers I encountered were the buffet chef, the animation team, and the General Manager, whom I had to contact several times. ​Do not expect amazing food either. The breakfast is a standard 3-star buffet; the egg station is the only highlight. Dinner is no better. There is a complete lack of authentic Egyptian food—I've been eating pasta and sausage for four days straight. ​On a positive note, the transfer from Cairo was amazing. The driver was super friendly and even asked if we wanted to stop to buy groceries. ​Perhaps we arrived during a hectic holiday period, but the hotel was completely overcrowded. The crowd lacked basic manners—kids screaming constantly with parents doing absolutely nothing. To cap it off, yesterday my wife ordered a Tequila Sunrise, and the waiter brought a Long Island Iced Tea instead. When I asked him to change it, he actually tried to argue and convince me that it was a "good drink." Bizarre. ​This was a hell of a trip. Next time, I will definitely choose a different hotel chain.
