Stella Golf Hotel

The staff and the service is truly amazing. Comfortable beds and clean place. The new management is slowly making changes and you can feel it. Maria's customer service never fails to dissapoint.

A few things that would make a world of difference. 1. Hair dryers in some rooms are very poor and barely work. 2. There are no irons in the room, isn't this standard in hotels? 3. The Tfal pans in the breakfast bar for eggs are burning at high temperature and this is so toxic. Stainless steel should be used. 4. There is no water at dinner. 5. Ingredients for Pasties in the desert bar are pretty low quality and food is always the same. It gets boring if you stay longer periods. 6. The kids animation shows are pretty terrible and repetitive. By the second day kids got bored of it.

Swimming pool Room cleaning Stuff behaviour

The food was excellent, with a wide variety of choices and outstanding quality. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The animation team was fantastic, providing enjoyable shows and great entertainment throughout the stay.

Bed is good Pool area is great

Crows were attacking kids at the beach. It was dangerous Beach was overcrowded Breakfast was horrible One service person at the reception for checkin. Had to wait 20 minutes to check-in Wrong room type was given In general the hotel is overpriced for the quality
